The Jordan Hotels Association held an advanced training workshop for Dead Sea hotel employees on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, titled “Professional Hotel Management.” This workshop aims to enhance the skills of hotel staff and improve the quality of services provided.

The workshop was attended by 20 employees from various hotels and covered key topics including techniques for handling laundry and appropriate temperature settings, as well as the importance of effective leadership and coordination between different departments to ensure exceptional service delivery.

The workshop also emphasized the importance of teamwork and enhancing communication among employees, contributing to improved performance and increased guest satisfaction.

This initiative is part of the Association’s efforts to support the hospitality sector in Jordan and raise the level of professionalism in the services offered.
